USCIS I-94 form

When applying for I-485 AOS, is it necessary to remove the I-94 form from the

immigrant's passport and submit it with the I-485? If so, will USCIS return it or

a new one if the I-485 is approved? Thanks.

Just send in a photo copy of it... If you get an interview, they will take the original then.

Always keep the original, copy it back and front, and send the copies with your I-485.

Keep the original for the interview. They may or may not take the card from you at the interview.
