I have a question about a case of electronic process. I have 2 cases that are on electronic process, previously had hired a lawyer to take charge of my case. But after nearly completed the case my lawyer seems to stop caring, and after receiving a RFE asking some forms to complete one of my cases, I went several times to visit them, but after two months I find they never send the missing documents, so I decided to fire him and take charge of my case on my own, since I'm on the last step of sending the form I864W for my daughter, and civil documents to get an appointment. All fees were paid and I already fill the DS-260 online for both cases

I have to send mail OPTIN to mail the missing documentation? Since they had been sending docs from the lawyers email account. But now I am very confused, because I am trying to figure out how to continue with this mess, and I can't find the exit :S not want to have to resort to another lawyer and having to pay money to another fool to do nothing. If someone would be so kind to give me a small help and show me the direction I should follow would be great, because they already 3 posts on this forum and I have never received any answer and I feel very disappointed :-(

I just wanna send all the missing documents, but I'm feel unsure about the OPTIN procedure, cause nobody explains something related with my situation :S

If you haven't already done so, contact the NVC and inform them the attorney is no longer on the case. Here is a link to the NVC page regarding electronic processing: http://travel.state.gov/visa/visa_5162.html
