Unfreakingbelievable.

I myself was really surpised too when I got the email from CRIS 11/22 midnight , I have a friend from Fresno Cali and hers was 55 days only .

I am totally lost when it comes to AOS, just wondering why AOS have different timeline , why some are lucky to have green card less than 2 months and some are more than 7 months.

Well you got a bit on me, still waiting here, but no where near as long as some.. Congrats to you.

I have a friend in Maryland and you guys have almost same timeline in AOS but she havent yet recieved any notice from USCIS , her AOS application was transferred to CSC too.

They mailed the AOS package last week of Sept.

I think yours will come pretty soon too.

I've sat and stewed on this for 24 hours.

I realize that I am probably about to offend you, rhiadraiss, and I'm sorry if you take this personally. It's not meant to be that way.

How can USCIS process fingerprints, execute security clearance, and issue a greencard to an immigrant from a high-fraud post with no interview in 44 days? Where is the reasoning in that? Has the entire system been dumped on its behind?

USCIS owes me an explanation.

USCIS owes me an explanation.

Good luck in getting one. In my years of experience with USCIS/BCIS/INS I've learned that often it seems that fraudulent cases pass by unnoticed* where people who by all rights should have no problems get held up and even deported for no good reasons.

Or: Good things happen to bad people, and bad things happen to good people. Crime does pay. Etc.

USCIS are frustrating to say the least.

*I'm not saying that the OP is in a fake marriage, but the "world of filipinas" website link is a bit suspicious to say the least.

i hear ya, rebecca. it's absolutely assanine. the whole process and the way my husband has been treated by USCIS makes me feel so ashamed of my government. it's embarrassing that they would treat him like a criminal, and yet, others who come from high-fraud countries and may have actually married just to get to the US can waltz through with no problems whatsoever.

i'm not saying that is the case with the OP, but as someone else pointed out, the link to the website in their signature is extremely suspicious.
