They received it today by email, so thats weird, ome has for the 15 amd the other for 19 of august, dont know p date

There was a time when NVC sent out IL as early as the last week. I think it was end of 2012. Last week of November 2012 they already sent out IL for the January 2013 interviews.

She didn't say but she did mention her husband (petitioner) lives in New York. So, we can assume its Vermont?
