I'm a 12EEE here in the US. For Italian shoes, I'm a 47...IF I can find a pair that is wide enough. The only cycling shoes I've found that fit halfway well are Diadora Habaneros.

Oddly enough, Justin Ropers, in size 11, fit me just fine. Everything else, it's gotta be a 12, and that doesn't always work either.

Oh...and don't listen to Mags. Her bum isn't large at all. It's a rather nice bum, in my humble opinion. If her bum were any smaller than it is, she would probably not be able to stand up without falling over.

I wear size 10 in womens. You know what that means, there aren't as many shoe selections in my size. I wish my feet were smaller!!

Suj is size 8.5 in mens, which means we almost have the same size foot. We have some sneakers that do not look girly or boyish and we have taken turns wearing them on occasion.
