down loading forms and filling them out?

I have down loaded the forms and printed them out from this site. I have filled them out with my terrilble hand writting. I want to type them on the computer to make it a lot easier for people to read. Yes I don't know a lot about computers. I know you can't save anything you type on the forms but i can print it once it is filled out. The problem I have is in one block they didn't give me enough space to fill in a word. The word is one letter to long. There is nothing to make the letters smaller to fit the whole word in the block. Does anyone have any advise for me? I am thinking about leaving that block blank when i print it and filling in that one block by hand.

Yep just do that, use black ink and write it as neat as possible.

4-6-2009 Date of NOA-1 Extension Letter (Rec'd 4/13/09)

4-10-2009 Check Cashed

4-24-2009 Date of Biometrics letter (Rec'd 4/30/09)

5-11-2009 Biometrics Appointment in Louisville.
