i130 for parents (NVC) please help

hello,

i have received a choice of agent and address form DS-3032, which i have filled and sent them back in april 16th 2013. i have also paid for IV case AOS fee. what happens next. i still have not received any paper works form NVC. i have the NVC case number, when do i have to fill the effidevit of support and DS-230 or DS-260. its been almost month and half no communication from NVC yet. what should my next step be. i did print out the documnet cover sheet when i made that payment. can someone please help me.

1. Choice of agent (DS-3032) and paid AOS fee $88

2. Send AOS packages (I-864) with bar code cover sheet.

3. Paid IV fee $230

4. Send DS-230 packages with bar code cover sheet.

5. Case complete

6. Got letter for interview.

If you paid $88 and $230 already. Now NVC waiting for I-864 & DS-230 packages.

usually folk follow LingChe in the wiki here, and not wait on NVC to 'send them forms' or 'instructions'.

So, hit the wiki, in the left hand side is the wiki search box, enter 'LingChe' and go forth.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

that is correct number, call around 9-10pm est times usually take 5 to 10min getting through

NVC:11/19/2012: I-130 @ NVC

12/05/2012: Case & IID asign

12/19/2012: AoS paid n send

12/20/2012: AoS received

02/18/2012: IV Paid

04/15/2013: IV send

04/16/2013: IV received

04/25/2013: NVC case complete

06/26/2013: NVC send email notification for interview

07/11/2013: Interview approved

09/06/2013: POE @ JFK

CRBA: 05/20/2013: Approved

6/8/2015 - Removal of conditions - sent off packet to VSC
6/9/20015 - I-751 received in VSC

when u call the machine answer it,,, then u have to wait, the actual person will answer your call
