Express mail is guaranteed, so if your mail piece was late then you can get a refund. The clerk will give you a ps form 3533 to fill out and then you will get a refund (maybe a money order or maybe cash).

I agree, UPS or FedEx. My job involves some shipping....been doing it for years. Otherwise, use Priority Mail. It has tracking and will get it there in about 2 or 3 days.

CITIZENSHIP: 

Biometrics appointment for 2020-03-27 has been cancelled until further notice as all field offices are closed because of COVID-19.

***NOA dated 12/10/2020 USCIS stated they are able to reuse previous Biometrics***

Interview was easy. My hubby's Oath Ceremony is scheduled for February 25th. I can't watch >sad< but happy he is getting his certificate!

Why would you pay so much for express shipping with USPS? I only paid $10 at UPS and it got there the next day!

Cause I had no idea! normally what I've found UPS is more expensive...

Just try and go and get your refund. Try using Ups or Fedex next time. Much cheaper and more guarented. Good luck to you.

i think ups is cheap for me because im in cleveland ohio and chicago isnt that far.

7/6/13: Received Biometrics appt. notice. Code 3

Yeah, I guess next time Priority mail it is.

My husband's "date to leave by" was tomorrow - the 10th so we just wanted to try and get it there ASAP.

But I guess I'll just have to hope they try to redeliver it tomorrow morning since its just sitting at the post office ... and i learned my lesson =P
