Sorry to hear about your predicament and like many have stated, the case is closed and there's no way that you can appeal it. Your wife can re-file the I-130 and start the process all over again.

Based on how you described your wife's temperamental behavior and possibly psychological depression, perhaps your next immediate step is to get some help for your wife or ask her to seek professional help before pursuing the IR1 visa again. If your wife reported you to ICE or USCIS while you are in the US, the consequences might be a lot more severe as you might be sent to detention centre and possibly being deported.

Something to think about.

Good luck to you and your wife!

I am still in my Morocco .. the agreement with my american citizen wife was that she comes to Morocco to have a great marriage ceremony on june 2013 and then leave together for the US .. meanwhile my wife whose the temper is bad and the mind is changeable and most of time depressed .. fighted and accused me that i married her for visa.. ( if i married her for visa i would not wait for her in Morocco from March 5,2013 date when they granted my visa till now june 5,2013) so she decided to call the homeland which contacted US consulate in my country to revoke my IR1 visa .. So yesterday US consulate in my country convoked me .. i tried to convince them of the nature of my wife but in vain .. they stamped over my visa this " cancelled without prejudice" At present my wife is regretting what she did .. she said that it was at a moment of panic she behaved this way. How could i and my wife remedy to this situation. And we want to get acquianted to any couple went through this.Regards

Well, that's a big pile of poo, to be certain.

You speak of remedy, what you and your wife can do 'to fix'.

What is it, really, that you want to fix?

Even though she is regretting her actions, at the moment, I suggest to you that there will be more moments in the future that will make this little episode pale, in comparison.

If you two have a real marriage, don't worry about immigration - have her move to Morocco and live with you until one of you dies.

Count yourself lucky to have found out now rather than later.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

I agree with all previous advice, since SHE did this damage, if she really is sorry and regretful, she needs to be the one writing letters, calling whoever she needs to, written note from a psychologist? Seems like your best route would be to start all over building evidence that your relationship is legit. Make her do all the legwork since this mess has been created by her! I'd insist on some therapy!

All the best of luck to you.

I was thinking the same thing. Best to walk away from this.
