Well, by that logic, Obama is a Republican for having gotten Obamacare through Congress and signing it into law. Obamacare, as we all know, originated as Republican policy. That's true, Obama uses George Bush to justify oppressing 4th and 1sr amendment rights saying that Bush was right and that the intrusion into rights begun by Bush needs to continue as a "valuable tool" in the war on terrorism.
