Long story short. X-wife (as of 3 weeks ago) has fite with new man she lives with, drunk, takes many pills, cops called, x locked in nut hospital 2 nites for attempted suicide, now released. Will this have any effect on her VAWA AOS for temp 2 year green card? show up to adjuticators? derail her VAWA plan for USA residency?

It won't affect her case at all, by the way it will benefit her , she will tell Uscis that the "alleged abuse" she suffered when living with you messed her mind so bad, she is extremely traumatized, she was feeling is despair and tried to commit suicide.

Curly no it will not, this will make or help make her case for VAWA. It is against USCIS policy to accept proof where the only sorce is from the USC, it disprove a VAWA claim you must have proof from a outside source, in order to backup what you say. A police report that she may be guilty of some kind of abuse or of abuse to you, please bite your claims cannot just be from you, okay. Also VAWA is a two step process the I130 approval and proof of a bonafide marriage and proof of good moral character, now this incident may or may not prove BMC. You must remember this the proof level is pretty high for VAWA ...if she has a police report showing you as the aggressive party, or you were arrested then get away, for your own protection before you get a protective order against you, if that happens you really screwed .....for life, be careful
