Which form should I fill for affidavit of support, Please help me.

To make sure, look at the embassy web site to see which they require. Most want the I-134 for the I-129. The I-864 is usually for the adjustment of status - I think.

Neither one. There is no affidavit of support required with the I-129F petition. The I-134 will be needed for the K-1 visa interview, and the I-864 will be needed when it comes time for adjustment of status.

I was confused about this as well because typically with the K1 visa it is the I-134 that is required. But, on the US embassy website for New Delhi (K1 visas) it asks for the I-864 form. My fiance and I will probably fill out both just to be sure. Hopefully they will just discard whichever one is the wrong one.
