Anyone who shoots someone for no logical reason has mental issues, IMHO. Shooting someone who breaks into your house is one thing, shooting someone for ringing the door bell or asking for directions is straight jacket material.

He carjacked a car. He had the driver stop so he could spray bullets at a city bus. The Police had been flooded with 911 calls by the time he got to the college. yet oddly he still continued his killing spree.
