I am usc will like to apply for my mother also, i was reading thru but i can not find exactly what i need to send with the application.....can someone please help me....also how long does the process take and what is require to do upon approval...oh i forgot what are the chances that my mom will get approve she lived in domican repuplic for 12 years and now she is in Haiti, she is Haitian....greatly appreciate any advice or concerns thanks in advance

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Read the Guides. The questions about process are generally there and in the instructions for the forms.

Chances are the same from Haiti and DR.
