VSC has created a real mess! 8,000 cases transferred to an office that doesn't do I-129f's so now these people wait until staff is trained. Those left at VSC look to be forgotten. There are still several October and November filers left at VSC . Looking at Igor's list, VSC has slowed down even more. All this while CSC is processing Feb filers. I contacted the Ombudsman office today to complain. But, it will take more than me to bring attention to our plight. If your as pissed off as I am, please fill out this form and complain. There is power in numbers!!!!

To contact Ombudsman follow this link: https://cisomb.dhs.g...a/form7001.aspx

At bottom of page is form to complain.

This is a crock of BS. Everything stops so USCIS can work on "dreamers". Lets see I'm a US CITIZEN and paid over $30,000 in taxes last year, so illegal residents cases get PRIORITY over mine! This country has gone to hell! Sorry for my harsh words, but I'm pissed.

Dear Sir, I am writing to complain about services provided at Vermont Service Center concerning I-129f applications. A grave injustice has occurred to many US Citizens whom are trying to bring their loved ones home. On May 24, 2013 over 8,000 cases were transferred from Vermont Service Center (VSC) to Texas Service Center (TSC) because of a backlog in processing. Now those cases sit unattended because TSC has to train officers to process those said cases which will result in more delays. Cases left at Vermont Service Center (VSC) continue to languish because of inept management! What processing is occurring at VSC has slowed down since the transfers occurred and backlog will continue to worsen resulting in further delays. All the while processing at California Service Center has progressed to currently adjuncting cases filed in February 2013.

CSC according to the USCIS web site currently has a 5 month waiting period and VSC is currently processing applications from October 15. As a US Citizen our cases should receive priority over the cases of ILLEGAL RESIDENTS filing under DACA.

This is what I put on my form. I wanted to include graphs but had technical difficulties.:

I don't know if we are pass due enough to really have them feel this is wrong. I really dont think they care???? but i see people in vermont that filled after the transfered cases and that upsets me. and now it looks on paper that they are with in the five months. so its the slide of hand or in this case the shuffel of papers. i am waiting on my congressmen right now see if he can get me any answers. but i had a long talk on the phone with a staffer today and she has been doing research and she said she sees where Texas dose not report I-129f and i informed her we can't get any answers and the uscis 800 number says we need to wait another 188 days. and on the uscis web sight they claime the process in the order they come in. but some Jan and Feb have been aproved filled after mine. and no refs if there were an ref i could understand. but i am hopeing the best for all of us. and after i hear from my congressmen i will file. good luck to all.

How do we know if ours was one that was transferred? Mine hasn't been touched since we sent it in and assigned to the VCS in March. Will it show on the USCIS.gov site? We are only 3 months in so I don't expect any action soon on our case. I planned on action at the 6 month mark and nothing sooner but if it came about sooner than that I would be pleasantly surprised :)

Yours did not get transferred, as they only transferred those with NOA1 dates in November through January. Besides, you would have been notified, on the USCIS site and via email if you signed up for the latter.
