K-2 Interview...

My future step-kids have a K-2 interview coming up on the 19th. Their mother already passed and has her K-1.

The embassy said that the K-2 visas will be given so long as there aren't any ineligibility issues. I'm not really worried that they will be denied or anything, but...

If those of you who have experienced K-2 interviews could share your experience, that'd be fantastic. What kinds of questions were asked? Any information that I should pass on to my fiancee and her kids?

Thanks.

What would Xenu do?

The most important aspect will be the permission of the bio parent or a court order of custody that allows them to emigrate.

You didn't indicate the ages of the kids but whatever age they are the few questions will be easy. My own daughter was 11 and they just asked a couple of polite questions.

The kids' birth certificates show them as fatherless, so it's not an issue. I confirmed that with the embassy already.

The ages are 10, 13, 15, 17. What kind of polite questions did they ask?

Thanks!
