FedEx to Philippines. Can I ship to pick-up location?

For example, with 2GO the visa can be mailed to MOA branch.

Can this be done with FedEx with a package I'm mailing from USA?

My fiancee doesn't really have a reliable address (no street number). So, I don't think FedEx would deliver to her home.

I have never tried it but my wife tells me it may be possible. The issue may be trying to get them to accept a package here in the US without a real delivery address.

Can you ship it to a relative, a close friend, or employer?

That might be what I have to do. I'm just concerned about the package since it will have sensitive information. Thanks for the suggestion!

Same situation here. I shipped sensitive docs to her aunt in the city (with a physical street address) and my fiance made the trip to pick them up.
