I found this while researching the recent problems with VSC online . It is from a employee that was no longer with the USCIS . It is from 2007 and talks about his/her experience while working with the USCIS 5 years prior . It did not offer a reason for the backlog , but I found it to be an interesting read and thought I would post it here . it gave me a perspective from the adjudicator view . This is on VJ , but I never came across it . Still learning here and there about this site :)

That link is to something from this website.

Yes , but I did not come across it until I searched online . I thought it would be a good read . Was it bad to point it out ? If so please remove it . I'm just trying to be helpful member on VJ . I did mean to say that in the original posting , but forgot . :)

VSC has created a real mess! 8,000 cases transferred to an office that doesn't do I-129f's so now these people wait until staff is trained. Those left at VSC look to be forgotten. There are still several October and November filers left at VSC . Looking at Igor's list, VSC has slowed down even more. All this while CSC is processing Feb filers. I contacted the Ombudsman office today to complain. But, it will take more than me to bring attention to our plight. If your as pissed off as I am, please fill out this form and complain. There is power in numbers!!!!

To contact Ombudsman follow this link: https://cisomb.dhs.g...a/form7001.aspx

At bottom of page is form to complain.

Posting this here I can understand , but to rain on someone parade and post this on a posting on a NA02 from CSC is wrong . I am happy at least one center is working and processing petitions . I am a Feb filer and I see the Feb and now March coming out of CSC . It angers me to a degree , but there are so many others way before 02/14 and even 01/25 . They made moves to correct the problems at VSC and we will most likely get NA02's much earlier now . I think of all the people who were moved and I pray for them . I do not expect to be processed above them , but as I have stated I expect within normal processing times . You have every right to be angered and want to create a posting . Just not on other postings like someone happiness about getting an NA02 .
