My wife is in contact with some other Chinese women who are slightly ahead of us in the process. At least one woman, maybe two, sent the EP opt-in email as soon as they received NVC numbers. It went through without problems. I'm not in that much of a rush. I can wait a few more days to get the first packet/bill. But if you're trying to shave off every possible day, this appears to be an option.

I'm not advising this, just reporting a friend's experience.

i was reviewing this with a friend who is about to start EP and he said as soon as you get an acknowledge he could apply, looks like it worked for them. i need to study up on EP stuff, had to do snail mail for ours.

what form did the acknowledgment take?
