Bonjour,

Impossible de retrouver l'email original, mais voici ce que l'administration américaine m'a répondu l'année dernière quand j'ai posé la question de la durée entre deux séjours aux Etats-Unis avec une ESTA; il faut passer à l'extérieur du pays au moins autant de temps que tu en as passé aux Etats-Unis avant de rentrer à nouveau. Par exemple, si tu y passes trois semaines, il faut passer minimum trois semaines ailleurs avant de revenir. On ne m'a pas précisé s'il y avait des exceptions pour le Canada et le Mexique.

Pour info, quand j'avais envoyé un email (sur le site del'USCIS si mes souvenirs sont bons), on m'avait répondu en quelques jours.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

If you only have one more exam on the 22nd, the safest thing to do would be to leave now, go back to France, and come back a couple of days before the exam.

elsewise it just looks goofy to the CBP goons at the POE.
