I have question regarding K-1, sponsorship, Curreently i dont have job from last 2 month, can i sponsor my fiance, bcoz his interview is in next month, or his brother is in States n he applied for his US-passport so what should we do, go for co-sponsor or just me or my fiance's bro only? need ur help plzzzzzzzz

Timeline

You cannot be the sole sponsor unless you have significant assets as you have no income.

You wil need the brother as a co-sponsor; both of you will need to fill a I-134 and the acompanying docs.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

He is not my brother, but my finace's brother lives in states, so can my fiance's bro fill I-134 for my fiance?

Yes of course- the co-sponsor can be any US citizen or greencard holder living in the USA, they don;t even need to be related to either of you
