Any Interview date set on July 2013 yet especially for CR/IR visas?

Hi Folks,

I'm worried about my wife's interview date and case completion. We haven't received any email saying that we are case complete already. Though, we had checked our visa status and it says, "Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please contact the National Visa Center if you believe that you have received this message in error". Then, I called NVC why we received this though I had the idea of our case completion is present and they confirmed us that our case were truly completed. But how come we do not receive any email yet? And as per operator mentioned, we were case completed last 30th of May, 2013. This just makes me worried. Or should I say, waiting really annoys me (sorry).

Do you guys also have the idea when would be my wife's possible interview date? Last week of July or 1st-2nd week of August maybe? Your reply is really appreciated. Cheers

We had our case complete ( information ) on May 23 ( and the guy on the phone just told my hubby it would not be before July! ), but we just got our interview date with NVC on June 04 .... They have to work with the Embassy/Consulate schedule... and for what I know... The only make apponitments on the 1st and 2nd weeks each month.

Trust in God, your date will come when you less expect for it

After case complete at NVC, everything goes off to London for processing, which can take another week or two. You should get a letter from them soon with the next steps (packet 3).

Your interview will be scheduled after the medical has taken place and all the forms London asks for have been returned. I would imagine an interview late July would still be possible, but plan for August.

I would be glad if she can have her interview date by last week of July or first week of August. She needs to finish everything in her job in one go as she will need to travel to London, leave the house for good and stay in London until she gets here. I just don't want her to get tired going back and forth (North East England to London). Someone told me that we could set interview date? My wife reckons that is for K1 visas and I've looked in the website and couldn't find any way to book our interview date. Maybe we got false information from a friend, you think? Yes... but when my case arrived at NVC I had to wait almost one month to get my case number and another 2 weeks for my invoice number...

Look at my timeline from my NOA1 to my interview date the whole thing spent 324 days !!

While others from my country spent a bit more than155 days and the avarage is 200 to 230 days !

you're lucky on the last journey Lol, if we will have our time frame counted from NOA2 and been not busy to continue the process, she might have been clinging to my arms now >.< . Oh well, maybe it depends on the USCIS/NVC mood (that sucks though). Thanks for the link you've shared. You're a star

My hubby just got maaad with me everytime I asked him to call NVC, because he hates to be hold waiting for a rep.

But this time since I knew our case was complete, I did him call everyday till he get our interview date!

On the day he got it... He just told by message... Tks God I got it .... Thanks to be my stubborn mule...

I always said him... no matter how much you hate to call, or if the people on the side on the call is rude and just give you useless info, keep calling...

If the petitioner fill a form and don't care how it is "walking"... why the Gov guys will with too many people calling and making hard to find excuses for too long delay?!!

Keep calling and don't lose your hope... I have faith I'll see you posting you got your interview on August !

The NVC will schedule your interview, not London. It does not depend on having the medical first. The first quote above is how it works for DCF. Your case was processed at NVC so a different procedure. You can go ahead and schedule your medical date now if you like. Make sure you have the required shots before you go unless you want to pay for them there.

Your case was processed at NVC so a different procedure. You can go ahead and schedule your medical date now if you like. Make sure you have the required shots before you go unless you want to pay for them there.

I think she has everything what she will need. She is a nurse so she would know. Thanks for reminding. I'm really hoping to have reply from them today since its friday.
