Wow good for you!

Wife did biometrics on Thursday and this morning we got notification they sent a RFE letter today for the I-485.

What additional docs were they requesting if you dont mind askin?

I haven't received the letter yet. I just got the notification this morning that they sent the RFE. Me and my wife were trying to think what they may be wanting, but we'll know for sure once we get the letter.

We just got our RFE today...they wanted the affidavit of support form and tax forms. Again. we sent these in already! So frustrating that we have to do them again, and send them in for some unknown reason! Did anyone else get this?
My biometrics appmt is tomorrow. Do we have to pay more for that? I ask because I see on some peoples timelines that they sent a cheque in and it got deposited.

Did you send three years of tax forms? Did you use IRS Tax Transcripts or just copies of you returns? Did you supply supporting documents with the Affidavit of Support? Just asking because over loading the submission with much more than asked for is a good tactic in my opinion. I know it's frustrating but just bombard them again with everything you have.

You should have prepaid for the Biometrics when you submitted the AOS. If you sent them $1070 then you've paid for it and you're good to go!

Had my biometrics today, and the lady told me that most of the people they work with end up going to Minnapolis for their green card interview! How do you know where you will go?

I'm from SE Montana, and had our biometrics in Rapid City SD

06/12/2013: Received NOA Text Confirmations of Packages

06/15/2013: Received Hard Copy of NOA

07/03/2013: Biometrics Appointment Letter sent by USCIS

07/10/2013: Received Biometrics Appointment Letter

07/11/2013: Walk in Biometrics in Gardena,CA

07/17/2013: I-485 status changed to Testing and Interview

08/12/2013: Received status update e-mail with interview date

08/14/2013: EAD Approved and went into card production (via electronic notification)

08/14/2013: AP approved (via electronic notification)

08/17/2013: Received Hard Copy of interview notice

08/20/2013: Received status update e-mail saying combo card is being mailed!

Same here! I guess we just wait for the letter with the interview date and location. From everything I've read it seems like the travel and work docs come before the interview so I'm not expecting the interview anytime soon. Of course I'd love to be proven wrong!
