Hi, it seems like we are on the same ride, USCI received my package on 6/24, I received email and text on 6/26,checks.cleared on 6/27. I check the status of my applications same day, status is same as yours, my case was also sent to National Benefits Center..... Good luck

I received my biometrics letter yesterday, only a day after the NOAs ? It is scheduled for July 15th.

June 14th - Mailed AOS Package

June 17th - Package Received at Lockbox

June 23rd - Received Acceptance Emails

June 24th - Checks Cashed

June 27th - Received NOA Hard Copies

June 28th - Received Biometrics Letter

July 15th - Biometrics Appointment

August 1st - I-485 Status Changed to Testing & Interview

August 8th - Text Notification-Interview Letter Sent Out!

August 9th - Received Interview Letter in the Mail

August 22nd - Email Notification: EAD Approved! I-765 Updated to Card/Document Production!
August 28th - EAD Mailed!
August 31st - EAD Arrived! smile.png
September 11th - AOS Interview

I got my biometrics letter today. It's scheduled for July 18.

Yeah I have seen in this forum that some did try walk-ins for an earlier date. Some would think their papers were processed faster.It depends on the ASC facility though if they would accommodate you and the timing perhaps. I am thinking of going a week earlier because I am just 15 mins away from the facility . I'll keep you all guys posted!

i suppose ill just wait for my date. Since its just a few days from now.

i dont suppose an extra two days would change anything.

Question: If i havent received any RFE by now(over a month) , can i relax that i wont be getting any RFE? it is a point of nervousness for me.

My guess, and it is just a guess, is no, a RFE is still possible. But why worry? It is out of your hands now and what will be... will be. We got a RFE in our original I-129 petition but we looked upon it as a good sign knowing the petition was actively being processed. Sure, getting a RFE was a small set back but we knew we were very close and that someone was looking at our petition which was better than not knowing.

Also, this set of paperwork was so much easier than the what we've all gone through the likelihood of a RFE is much smaller.

Had biometrics appt today in St. Albans, VT. Took all 3 NOA1's, passport, and marriage certificate. They did not need marriage certificate I assume because I kept my last name. Went in and had fingerprints, photo and electronic signature done. Now waiting for EAD/AP and AOS paperwork to go through.

Hi everyone after twenty long years waiting, finally my P D became current in June 2013

On 06/21/13 I Sent my Aos package: 485, 864, G325, 693, 765 and 131.

It was delivered on 6/24/13, waiting to get news by email.
