What exactly are you applying for? Are you doing AOS/EAD/AP or are you doing the concurrent filing of the I-485(AOS) and the I-130? I think sanyata might have been talking about the bio appt and meant July 16? Correct me sanyata if I am wrong please....

Sorry, yes ETA is estimated time of arrival. I meant July 16th (didn't have my morning coffee yet) would be my guess when you will receive your Biometrics appointment letter just based on the time frame from when we received our NOA1 and then the Bio letter. Our appointment is for this Thursday the 27th. So all this has happened within 30 days of our mailing the documents!

We did the Biometric Appointment yesterday and everything went smoothly. We brought the appointment letter and all three NOA1's. Then the clerk asked for the marriage certificate..... oops! We forgot to bring it. headbonk.gif The clerk was very pleasant and said she could probably verify it and took everything to somebody in a room. About five minute later a guy came out and handed everything back to her. A form was stamped Identity Verified and everything was fine! After about a ten minute wait my wife was called in to the processing area and came out less than ten minutes later. The clerk came out with her and chatted with us for a minute ot two. The whole experience was very pleasant except my short panic over the forgotten marriage certificate. The folks working there were exceptionally nice and accommodating.

Now we have to settle back for the long haul and patiently wait for the process to take go its course.

Congratulations AnnaBanana28 !!!!! No worries, eh?

I received emails for all of our applications last night at 10:50pm...I was so happy to finally get them! I checked the status online and both I-130 and I-765 are on the Initial Review step and my I-485 is on the Acceptance step. Is this similar to any of your guys' status? Our checks have not been cashed yet. Did you all get sent to the National Benefits Center?

Thank you!
