Same here!

It seemed far away and now its right here. It came up fast.

I'm feeling okay about it, a little nervous. Over all I dont have any worries for us, other than the sponsor thing.

Cause all we have for the sponsor's evidence is what we originally sent. In the interview notice it says to bring a letter from your sponsor's employer? But it also says "unless already submitted". We submitted all the evidence for the sponsors but we never got a "letter" from the employer. One of the sponsors is self-employed and the other is a teacher....

Thats the only thing Im nervous about!! Advice?

08/30/13 AOS approved. Interview was canceled by USCIS. But I showed up and was approved! :)

Hey just wondering if anyone has gotten their approval for an interview date recently?

I filed June 10, had an interview on July 16 for my biometrics. We got an RFE and on July 26 they received it and said we should hear something within 60 days......And how soon are you able to get an interview once you get the approval? Is it true that an interview isn't always necessary?

Yes, sometimes people from K-1 can have the AOS interview waived. There is no way of knowing you just wait and see if you will get an interview or not.

I agree with the above, unfortunately there's a disadvantag, it takes longer to get the green card some people said up to a year. Check the forum about AOS interview waved, the processing time is very slow. Good luck

put up a list of everything you got together.. so i can compare with mine. and how do you make a photo album? Im literally from the digital world. Hardcopies are foreign to me.
