Hi all,

I sent my documents on 06/13; they were delivered on 06/15. I got text and e-mail notifications for I-485, I-130 and I-765 last night at 1:57 AM (06/19).

Now, I-485 online status is "acceptance", and "initial review" for I-130 and I-765.

Good luck, guys!

06/15/13 USCIS received application

06/20/13 Checks cashed

06/24/13 Received hard copy NOAs and biometrics appointment

07/17/13 Biometrics appointment

07/23/13 Status updated to "Testing and interview"

08/16/13 EAD approved

08/30/13 AOS approved. Interview was canceled by USCIS. But I showed up and was approved! :)

You shouldn't worry yet. How did you mail it? Did you request delivery confirmation? When did they receive it? I'm betting you'll hear and/or see something this week as its been just five business days since you mailed it so you're within a normal time frame. Hang in there.....

Thanks for the reply! I sent it via Priority Mail last Friday, and it was delivered the following Monday at 9:30 am. I included an email/text form with each I-130, I-485 and I-765. I hope you're right...?

I checked the status online and both I-130 and I-765 are on the Initial Review step and my I-485 is on the Acceptance step. Is this similar to any of your guys' status? Our checks have not been cashed yet. Did you all get sent to the National Benefits Center?

My I-485 is in "acceptance" and other apps are in "Initial Review" as well. You are good!!! Congratulations on getting the notifications.

My husband and I filed for his I-130 and my I-485 last June 17. I failed to include the form for the notification thru text and email. So the waiting begins.....

You will also have the choice to get email/text alerts when you get the NOA1's. Once you get them go to www.uscis.gov and put in your receipt number, then you can sign up for updates, its pretty simple. Good Luck and God bless your journey.

My first post here.... My wife and I received NOA's in our mailboxes over the weekend. Her immigration lawyer sent our packet off about a week and a half ago and cashed the checks on the 19th. On my NOA receipt, they ended up getting her birth country wrong. It looks like it was a UCSIS error and I hope it doesn't delay us. And yes, we notified her lawyer of the error.
