Hi there ,

I am in the process of fine-tuning my documents and plan to submit everything(- I-130, I-486- Affidavit of support, police certificates, G-325A,, DS230, DS3032) in one go to USCIS.

Has anyone done this ? What could be the repurcussions ?

No repercussions, but if it is not required at USCIS you'll have to send all that stuff again. You are basically doing twice the work

A lot of those forms aren't even supposed to go to USCIS so they will be disregarded and then outdated by the time it gets to NVC, your police certificate will be out of date as well.

The I-130, G325A and other supporting documents will be mailed to USCIS..The DS-230, DS3032, Affidavit of Support and IV will follow after your I-130 is approved

I would highly recommend you to NOT do that. If anything, all those extra forms that are really meant for NVC are just going to confuse whoever gets your casefile at USCIS, and it could really delay your case. Just send what's recommended and wait to send the other things until they're needed at the NVC stage. Sending all of them at once will in no way help you, and may very well slow things down.

USC who lived in Manabí, Ecuador with hubby from 2009 - 2013. Hubby became a naturalized American citizen in August 2016. Currently living together in northern Virginia.

You could jack yourself up and get rejected. You just follow the guides. It's not like you get a fast track cuz you submitted all forms. I-864 (not I-486 Affidavit of support), DS-3032 and DS-230 of for NVC a totally different body.

Just do what is required and send what is asked. And also to USCIS only send copies NO ORIGINALS.

And of course the correct fee $420

Kiwilicious - I recommend you not 'send all'

Instead, I suggest you study LingChe in the wiki, nowish.

Then, when yer done studying, submit the I-130 packet sans all NVC documents.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
