From the video it seems they just want to spread rumors and leaks to the media and make themselves bigger than they are. Their military equipment is 1960's soviet era. Their oxygen tanks are filled with the same air they fill tires with. The US declined the requested F-16's in this latest round of annual aid dispensed to them. While they have the largest military man power in Africa they couldn't go to war with Ethiopia, especially right now. They'll have to digress to negotiations or form further alliances that have the military teeth.
