Yes, it was transferred on JUL,9,2013.

will they notify us if the case will be transferred?

Hi happywife_08...

Yes they will notify you in case you get transferred, but as I can see your case is in CSC and most of the cases who got transferred to TSC the first week of July we're from VSC since they're backlogged- hence the transfer of cases to further adjudicate the process.

I am preparing I-485 and I am confused on part 2 what should i pick (a) through (h). I am a student and my I-130 P.D July 22 2012 is still pending? And another question is my wife earns only $10 an hour, she works 40 hrs plus some over time can she sponsor me? The minimum required income for two family is $19,387.00 If i multiply 52 * 10 then it should be fine. Its been just 4 months she started to work. She worked only couple of months in 2012 because I was working too on my OPT till last year. We jointly filed the tax last year. Do i need to submit my tax file information too or just a copy of my wife's recent pay check?

A member of our Philippine Facebook group F2A with PD APR 15, 2013 got Post Decision Activity (approval) dated July 31, 2013 from CSC.

Why do you keep on posting CSC filers status here?

Can't you see that the Forum is for VSC filers?

That is why there is a separate thread for CSC filers.

So just please stick to what the thread is created for
