My PD was April 3, 2012 and it was in Vermont, and got approved on June 24, why did yours take so long?

Hiiii...

Shabbera. I don"t knoww whyy it's take long. I send 2 letters to my congressman & finally I got approved.. But gud thing I got itttt...

You have to wait for your NOA2/approval from USCIS. Your case will not be forwarded to NVC unless approved by USCIS.

Our friend's case in California service centre in got the approved on Aug.1,2013. Her PD is May.20,2013.

02/25/201;3: I-130 NOA 1
08/21/2013: I-130 transferred to Nebraska Service Center

10/07/2013: I -130 approved.

---------------------------------------------------------------------
08/12/2013 : I-485, I-131, I-765 Packet sent.
08/15/2013: e-mail and text received from USCIS.
08/21/2013: received hard copy.
08/25/2013: received hard copy of biometrics for 09/13/2013.
08/27/2013: Done walk-in biometrics.
9/17/2013: I -485 status updated to testing and interview.

9/27/2013: I -485 status shows Interview date November 5th, 2013

10/11/2013: I-765 and I-131 got approved.

11/5/2013: Green card approved

11/5/2013: I -485 status shows card production.

11/5/2013: Status moved back to decision.

11/7/2013: I-485 status shows card production.

11/14/2013: Received green card for 10 years

Our friend's case in California service centre in got the approved on Aug.1,2013. Her PD is May.20,2013.

Why the case in VERMONT SERVICE CENTRE is so slow? When shall we get the approve?

Do you realize that its a F2A application? since i know there is no way to be that possible, PD May 20,2013? Already got NOA2 i dont think so, Maybe he is k-1 I129-F.

BTW VSC is working faster than CSC in the last couple of months.

Yes, sure. I am Sure she is F2A. But she is in CSC. She is waiting for the Letter now. So, i am so confused that why our VSC is so slowly.

Congrats!! We got transferred to TSC too last July 9, 2013.. My PD is May 29, 2012... Waaaahhh hoping for a decision too.. thanks for the heads up!!

5-26-2012 Sent I-130 Packet to USCIS

5-29-2012 I-130 received (Priority Date)

7-09-2013 VSC transferred case to TSC

8-09-2013 I-130 Approved (NOA2)

8-23-2013 Case was shipped to NVC

8-27-2013 Case received by NVC

9-09-2013 Case Number and IIN assigned

9-09-2013 Submitted DS261 online form

9-10-2013 Received and Paid AOS fee

9-11-2013 Mailed AOS packet

9-17-2013 AOS entered for review

10-1-2013 DS261 Accepted
