Hi f2a485. I received the hard copy of the notice today. It says that my case was transferred to Texas Service Center. Hoping for the best. thanks : )

We're on the same boat here... got the same notification last July 9th that our F2a case was transferred from VSC to our local office.. then when I got the hard copy it said that it was transferred to TSC... unsure.png PD is May 29, 2012 by the way

5-26-2012 Sent I-130 Packet to USCIS

5-29-2012 I-130 received (Priority Date)

7-09-2013 VSC transferred case to TSC

8-09-2013 I-130 Approved (NOA2)

8-23-2013 Case was shipped to NVC

9-09-2013 Submitted DS261 online form

9-10-2013 Received and Paid AOS fee

You have to wait for your NOA2/approval from USCIS. Your case will not be forwarded to NVC unless approved by USCIS.

That's good to know ewoi26. my PD is May 31, 2012 and we both received the email on the same day. At least i'll have someone to compare my status with. Please update your timeline if you have any updates on ur case. As I have read, we should receive a third email that will say that TSC already received our files. Goodluck to us! :)

Can I start to fill up I - 485 form ? My PD is July, 9 2012 and it is still under the initial review. Can I send 485 while I - 130 is in initial review. I am new to this immigration laws.

Hi CesKat! Just to give you an update, my case worker inquired at the Texas Service Center today regarding my case and they said that it was transferred because VSC has a huge backlogged. They promised on trying to review my case on a timely manner but they are asking for at least 45-60 processing days to do so.

I guess this should give us a timeline of what to expect and hope that our cases can still make it before the F2A VB retrogress ClockWatch2.gif

Is anybody got approval from VSC with PD march 2012?

Well..! you can call them now because processing time is april16, 2012...!

so, call them and tell them..!

02/25/201;3: I-130 NOA 1
08/21/2013: I-130 transferred to Nebraska Service Center

10/07/2013: I -130 approved.

Hello, I also receive the email of USCIS that SAYS my case will be transferred to TSC.

My wife calls them and they say that it will take around 2 months to get an approval ..

My PD is 17, MAY 2012.

Hi there. we didn't hear anything from TSC yet. But we're hopeful that we'll hear from them in 30 days or so. fingers crossed : ) Let's keep each other posted.
