That chart is for all family preference category..!i mean all F1, F2, F3, and F4..! just look at this site...http://www.travel.state.gov/pdf/WaitingListItem.pdf

where u can see that people who are applying for F2A category, they are less in compair to 2011.

There were 322,636 in 2011 whereas there were only 220,313 in 2012. That means there is 31% decrease for this category...!

My priority date is Feb 25 2013. But i hope i ll get good news soon..!

Actually that is the number at NVC(those who have got NOA2). You can see that the total number(irrespective of category) has gone down by 4.5%, however number of I130 applications has gone up by a lot based on I130 trending chart during the same time (Nov 2011 vs Nov 2012).

DOS sets date based on completed cases at NVC.

The reason NVC numbers have gone down maybe because I130 processing has become slower, not necessarily because of low number of applicants.

You have to wait for your NOA2/approval from USCIS. Your case will not be forwarded to NVC unless approved by USCIS.

I think people should start calling vsc whose priority dates are in march, April, may and June..! Because I think next visa bulletin will be very close..!

Y don't they have particular time period for upgrading the processing time like visa bulletin..?

Does any1 know when they going to publish the next processing time

10/07/2013: I -130 approved.

11/5/2013: Status moved back to decision.

11/7/2013: I-485 status shows card production.

11/14/2013: Received green card for 10 years

I called USCIS yesterday, and the lady was kind to tell me that decision on my petition might be made in two months. PD Apr 9, 2012.

Maybe internally they already have new processing times. Because according to current processing times, the decision for my date should be made in 13,7 months from filling date, meaning end of this months.

04/08/2012: i130 sent

04/09/2012: NOA1

NOA1 hard copy: never received due to address error

06/12/2013: NOA2

06/17/2013: NOA2 hard copy

06/17/2013: NVC received our case

06/28/2013: Case number assigned

07/01/2013: Sent DS3032 via email

07/03/2013: Recieved i864/DS3032

07/03/2013: Payed i864 bill

07/06/2013: Sent i864 package

07/08/2013: i864 package delivered

07/16/2013: Sent DS3032 via email second time (supervisor review)

07/17/2013: Rejected DS3032. We did a typo!!! Sent correct DS3032.

07/29/2013: Checklist for AOS

08/01/2013: DS3032 accepted

08/02/2013: Sent response to AOS checklist

08/02/2013: IV fee paid, IV package sent

08/05/2013: NVC received reply to AOS checklist and IV package

08/30/2013: AOS accepted

Someone got NOA 2 whose priority date was march 12, 2013...! I do not know what is wrong with VSC.! well, ateast someone got aproval notice from VSC so that is good.
