This may be a really idiotic question

Well if you think about it, it's logical for them to keep checking you as you move through the process. If you commit a crime between the stages of the various processes, it'll show up.

So be good :)

Well I can see them checking for something new (while they are here) but to keep checking in the country that they have not lived in for awhile, just seemed so ridiculous to me. But now that one of the other members described the situation about the woman whose embezzled case caught up with her, I guess makes a little more since. But you would really think that they would extensivly check all that before the person actually comes here. And hell yes, my frustration in this whole process is stressing me out. I have anxiety, and PTSD, I am already a person who is on edge everyday of life, but dam, this is really pushing my ability to cope calmly. Sorry guys, I really know that I am no special person and we are all going through the same thing. I guess I am just venting, and this will probably not be the only time I do, so I apologize ahead of time. Ok, I am done B!?ching now, thanks to everyone who always there to answer my questions, even if I am being a pain in the A!!....lol. WJR
