I received the same thing i would like to know the affidavits do you send the originals or a copy

Originals, but you should focus on sending enough primary evidence.

They said send in orginal or legible photocopy of the originals include front and back. Originals document will not be returned. I would like to know what's legible photocopy of the originals

It is exactly that. A copy of your original document that is clear and readable.

I couldn't take a lot of pics because her mom wouldn't allow it because of our religion. I also sended affidavits from her mom and aunt and my mom . Do you think that's enough

If you filled up with gas in their city or nearby; ate dinner; paid with credit or debit cards; used an ATM; bought tickets to movies, sightseeing trips, plays, sporting events; bridge-crossing tolls; casino records; car repairs; bought souvenirs; bought clothes, or any of a hundred other things that most people have at least SOME record of.

Good luck!

My thought exactly. Do you have any additional photos, even though they said no to additional photos, of the two of you with a visible US or CA landmark in the background? If so, send those. Photos that are dated too.

I was rightly corrected. Just because they have photos together doesn't mean they happened in the last two years. Dated photos are sort of a pain - guess they could do it like they do in the movies - hold up a copy of a newspaper! But that would still mean they'd have to travel back in time to before the petition was sent (since it has to be stuff from prior to 2 years up until the petition submission - more stuff from after doesn't count either). :)

So, I called USCIS yesterday and talked to the generic agent who can't tell you anything and she took my info for an immigration agent to call me back.

They actually called me back today, Saturday around 1pm, which is strange. But she said that time stamped photos and photos of passport stamps would be enough to confirm the relationship.
