we already did. And they put in an inquiry for the TSC for us on monday but haven't heard back since. Also put in an e-request..it's just frustrating.

My congresswomans office informed me that watching approval info and reading these forums would cause me to make mountains out of molehills...i.e. start freaking out about approvals of applications before mine, etc. I was furious. She could not really give me any information and I am stuck waiting for my service request response which should be on Jan 13th. Anyone gotten an NOA2 as their service response request, or is it usually just some other BS about how they will get back to you in 8,547 days?

nobody knows when we will get approved and again TSC has no processing timeline for K1

u are right...its pissed me off so badly that TSC has no timeline. After waiting all this while at VSC and expecting NOA2, then transferred to TSC. We all know little of TSC....NOA1 Dec 28

VSC has created a real mess! 8,000 cases transferred to an office that doesn't do I-129f's so now these people wait until staff is trained. Those left at VSC look to be forgotten. There are still several October and November filers left at VSC . Looking at Igor's list, VSC has slowed down even more. All this while CSC is processing Feb filers. I contacted the Ombudsman office today to complain. But, it will take more than me to bring attention to our plight. If your as pissed off as I am, please fill out this form and complain. There is power in numbers!!!!

To contact Ombudsman follow this link: https://cisomb.dhs.g...a/form7001.aspx

At bottom of page is form to complain.
