It is well know for long time H4s cannot work and should not be allowed to work, they are as it says dependant of H1.

Should it not be responsibility of the spouse to look into welfare of the other half? They knowingly make this choice sorry but just coz one spouse wants to come to US the other half should be allowed to work does not make any case.

How about you post an article where children of H1 couple are not granted US citizenship as in UK. Sorry OP cannot agree with your posts where you want to benefit from all the sides.
