But in the same breath - ####### ? No need for any H1-B visa folk at all, in the USA.

Thats what my point was there is no need to expand H1B there is enough talent in US.

They need to stop this H1B bull$hit completely. It gives these outsourcing companies free reign to treat the workers like #######. Not only that, why does this even exist when there is 7.5% unemployment. They should have some kind of trigger when unemployment reaches a certain percentage, H1B visa allocations go to zero.

My BIL came in on a H1B and right away, they upped the education requirement from bachelors to masters. He met that requirement in the time allowed, and was able to find an employer that would petition for him as an EB-1 when his first contract ended. There are some regions in the country (the South) where no educated person wants to work, so that was why his employer (the Veterans Administration) went elsewhere to find qualified people. If the government could draft graduates right after college as a condition of getting student loans and pay back a portion of that loan in return, you may not need a foreign worker program for professionals at all.
