Do you mean the notifications from VJ?

Go to the top of the page and click on the drop down menu which is next to your name. Then click on My settings and go to the Notification Options tab. There is a list there where you individually select whether you want email notifications for a variety of topics.

Moved from Polls to Site related discussion forums as this is a topic about an issue with the forums personal settings.

Did you make sure to save your changes at the bottom of the page before you closed the page?

Un-check all items that state email you notification. As well as the box that says send me news and information.

There should be a sticky to help answer this question :). I hope that helps.

I'm having the same problem, and I don't know where to find the 'sticky' to stop unwanted email update on a subject I no longer follow.

I know where to go in settings to make the changes, but some 'checked' boxes, that are gray, are unable to disable. Can't uncheck.

Please help. It really does get annoying having to delete, delete, delete, delete unwanted emails.

Thanks VJ's! We know you'll figure it out.
