I remember in 2006 when I was in Hurghada and we were discussing how paypal wasn't in Egypt and how it would make it so much easier for them to make transactions if they had it. My Egyptian in-laws really loved bargain hunting and shopping online while in the States and using paypal.

Well PayPal has reached Egypt and launched two months ago!
