This is my situation . I received my first notice from NVC to pay 88$ and to fill up a form of affidavit of support , the problem is that i am to MOROCCO next month (july). My question is it possible to do all processing while i am in Morocco? Please i need your advise

The money needs to come from a us bank account through the online payment portal. After that, it doesn't matter from where you send the paperwork.

Yes you can as long as you have access to the internet and you make sure that you have the fees in your bank account.

It's critical that you make the first contact and that they have both your email addresses.

You will have to logon to the payment portal and input your bank account credentials to pay (maybe take your laptop or smartphone with you). It absolutely important that you take along any documents and copies.

I'm pretty certain they'll have UPS/FEDEX/DHL in Morocco.

there are 2 payments to be made to NVC

one for $88 and the other is over $400 (can't remember exact amount)

but don't go without paying these from your US accounts

I do not think you've read the payments required lately

It is $88 for the AOS and $230 for the IV.

Yup, is possible.

strongly suggest you get the DS-3032 out of the way NOW with yer foreign spouse

and

pay that 88 bucks now at the online payment portal

and

fill out the I-864 NOW

and submit the I-864 with tax docs before you leave for Morocco.

when packing, bring yer USA bank account info with you , the routing number and the account number.

Then once you are in Morocco, you and yer foreign spouse finish up the DS-230 - by then , surely, the IV fee bill will be ready to be paid. Send the DS-230 via DHL or Fedex, yer choice.
