I have already posted this message on my last thread, but i am so stressed i am posting it again:

After already contacting RCMP and giving them this information 3 times - twice by email, and once over the phone on their automated answerphone, today i received an email from the RCMP saying the following:

Good day

Please provide your date of birth, complete mailing address along with the proper spelling of your name in order to continue searching within our systems for your application.

CFSS processes more than 15,000 criminal record searches each month. The processing times for applications will vary depending on whether or not an individuals fingerprints can be associated to a criminal holding maintained by the RCMP. For those that are associated and or a manual review must take place, the process can take in excess of one hundred and twenty (120) days. For those that are not associated the processing time is significantly less. For further information on processing times please visit our website.

Thank you for contacting us

So once again i will send them the information i have already sent them 3 times in order to track my application! This is just getting stupid now!

I have already been waiting for confirmation for over a month. And how many times do they need me to submit my full name, date of birth and address in order to track it? wacko.png I even gave them my email address and date it was submitted. What more do they need?! And all 3 times i used the "proper spelling"! wow.gif

Your fingerprints? You didn't mention sending those.

Did you consider that maybe this is their generic form letter telling you it could take over 120 days? You are probably being manually verified. Do you know for sure they provide tracking? Sorry no Canadians are answering you, but living outside of Canada, your process is different it seems.

Outside Canada: Applicants who are not physically present in Canada must obtain a Certified Criminal Record Check. There is a processing fee of $25 CAN or US equivalent per criminal record and/or vulnerable sector check. Payment must be made by certified cheque or money order to the Receiver General for Canada.
