Guys, i have been waiting for my GC for 10 months already.

I submitted everything including my I-693 very famous FORM and my vaccination sheet.

Anyway here is what my RFE says:

You are K1 fiancée dependent whose medical examination is UNAVAILABLE. Submit a copy of your completed and signed Department of State (DS) medical forms or submit a properly completed and signed Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record 10/11/11 or later ) for the applicant on Form I-485. the medical examination must be conducted by a civil surgeon who has been designated by USCIS.

:(((((((... What's up with people that work at USCIS offices???

i have everything, i sent them all.. Now my Examination expired in April because they tool way too long to process my case.

What can I do?

If your medical is under one year old, perhaps you can get the civil surgeon to re-issue the I-693 form? If not, I'm afraid you'll have to have another medical done.

But what a drag, very sorry you have to deal with that. But not much else you can do. They are definitely going to require another form.

I do have my DS vaccination, it was done in Canada in April 2012.

I sent everything last Agust. I will call the USCIS tomorrow and try to speak with Tier2. hopefully to get a better explanation, if I need to send just my Vaccination card or just have a physician signing the form.. I am so confused!! i will try to call some physians in my city to find out.

Thanks a lot!

Did you actually have another medical exam done when you got the I-693 or just had the vaccinations transcribed? They are missing your medical documentation, not vaccinations.

Unfortunately it is more than common than it should be that they lose your original K-1 medical documents, and it sounds like that is what happened here. You will need to get another medical done from a civil surgeon and send them the I-693 from that exam.
