My case was accepted because my fiance and I asked for help from our senator in Maryland.

I think if everyone will start asking for help and then senators will start asking the uscis to do something then this waiting might change.

Im very happy but ferl very sorry for everyone who have wait for acceptance

Today when i checked our case number first I saw info about A# change and then about 15 mins later then changed it to post decision activity and acceptance

Any chance you could give an idea/summary of what you said to your Senator? Did you mention your case in specific or just the general slowness of VSC?

We mention our case in specific, but there was also inf that vermont has huge backlog and its very slow,

We wrote truth about why we asking for hlep with this and our senator two days after they receive our letter contacted uscis office and asked them that this matter be attended to promptly. And honestly I didnt think its gonna work but it did, so it is truth that no matter what you need tell the truth and everything will be fine.

Congratilations!!

By any chance was your file transferred to another office?

Ours was transferred to the texas office.

Not that i know, i guess if they would transfer our case then there would be some info about this, but we asked for help from our senator, thats why it was accepted, i think that why

Either way finally have this one step over my head, one step closer to be with my love
