- Any person has experienced with European Fiance in the process, how long does it take

- The fact that my Divorced is fresh ( no more than 2 months) can be reason to be requested for RFE MORE Evidence, my previous marriage was on my original country but legally i was advised that here in US I am divorced and have all the right to start any process as is

- Evidence from my first trip (July 2011) just 2 photos together and borading passes from me an Hotels receipt
- Evidence from second trip (May 2013) a lot of pic and hotel receipts and walk together

- the difference of ages is not a reason since she is 25 and I am 41 but look as 30 happy.png

I would appreciate your response and recomendations

Note she started fill in the Biograpical sheet g-325-a I read must be signed by her also the intent letter to marry me when the VISA is aproved, does she have to send me any document like passports or ID card

I am a US Citizen , and when I asked at the court to the attorney she explained me " you are able to satrt any document and divorced-single, not even matter the time since I in posses of my divorce decreed

The state I lived and separately phisically is Virginia an I havent submitted any Fiance petition before, I came to US Married in 2006 and separated from early 2011, so if I have plans to marry again will be when she obtains her K1-visa

thanks for your reply
