I always went through the options, but it takes forever. I can't stand automated telephone lines, they drive me bonkers. ranting33va.gif

The pressing "0" thing just made the service hang up on me. But I believe there's a series of options available, and if you continue through as if you have to report an error on a application you'll get Customer Service. I had to do that a few times to get my questions answered when filling out the application, I felt bad but they never seemed to really notice.

2013-03-29: Paid for a service through RapidVisa & began to prepare paperwork.
2013-04-11: Sent all the necessary documents to RapidVisa for review.
2013-04-12: Signed my application in red ink, so I had to overnight RapidVisa my application signed in BLUE ink.
2013-04-15: RapidVisa reviewed my application, found no fault and sent the I-129F Application to the Texas Lockbox.
2013-04-17: Electronic notification that the application was forwarded to the VT Service center.
2013-04-19: NOA-1 Received (snail mail) with the wrong country of birth for the foreign Partner. Notice date was 2013-04-15.

2013-04-19: Electronic Notification Received that an Alien Registration Number (ARN) was assigned to Foreign Partner.
2013-04-22: Called USCIS and corrected the typographical error on the NOA1.
2013-04-30: Received notification that the typographical error on the NOA1 has been corrected in the electronic system, but the error was minor and will not affect my application, as it is still valid.

... Waiting ...

I have seen a few ways but the latest is from 2010, the options do not work anymore. Has anyone figured this out?

How disingenuous. Sure enough, I got through. The representative switched to English and, when she couldn't answer my question (why did I receive a "change of address" request when I have not changed any addresses), transferred me to "Level 2." Waiting time 84 minutes. They have an option to have them call you back (you do not lose your place in line), so now I'm waiting.

I call almost daily since our case is not viewable online. When the recording answers, press 1, 1, 2, 2 and rep will come on right away. Ask to speak to a Tier 2 Officer after they go through their script. They will give you the option to leave a message (call back in FIVE days!) or hold for an Officer. Once you are transferred, you immediately have the option to leave your callback number, rather than waiting 80+ minutes for the next available representative. They ALWAYS call me back within the wait time. Good luck!
