I will tell you that the Paralegal at the lawyers office I used has repeatedly told me that notices come out on Fridays and Tuesdays and occasionally Thursdays... We can hope.. lol

~ Jan ??,2013 ~ Service Center ~ Vermont I-129F Packet sent

NOTE: Actual sent date unknown due to lawyer negligence - I delivered ALLForms and PAID Lawyer on Nov 7, 2012 - Lawyer kept saying he sent the packet and USCIS must have lost it. When in reality he failed to send the package and only a new copy to USCIS after I made a legal written demand giving him 10 days to perform or return ALL monies paid to him, due to "non-performance".

(IMO it's better to save your money for visits to or from your Fiancé and just fill it out yourself using the K-1 Guide on VJ and Senior Members... They Rock!!!)

 

Jan 11, 2013 ~ I-129F Packet Rec'd by USCIS aka NOA 1

Feb 13, 2013 ~ Alien Number Changed/Assigned

May 24, 2013 ~ Case Transferred from Vermont to Texas Service Center (3 E~Notices May 24, 25 and 29 Only one via U.S. Mail)

July 2, 2013 ~ RFE Notification Email and Text Rec'd

July 8, 2013 ~ RFE Hardcopy Rec'd (Requesting Signed/Original "Intent to Marry within 90 days of Arrival" letter from both parties.)

Aug 14, 2013 ~ "Ready" Status on DOS site (meaning Rec'd by Consulate/Embassy)
Sep 3, 2013 ~ Interview Date rec'd (for 2+ months later) by (Call Visa Specialist at 202-485-7600 (Press 1 then 0)
Sep 21, 2013 ~ Packet 4 Hardcopy rec'd via US Mail - Fiancee didn't receive his had to pick up a reprint at Embassy.
Nov 7, 2013 ~ Interview Date - Visa Approved!!!!

June 6, 2015 - Rec'd letter stating our case was being transferred to Los Angeles Field office.
 
June 15, 2015 - AOS Approved!! No text - No email - Online Case Status still on Fingerprint Fee Rec'd
June 19, 2015 - Received "Welcome Letter" via U.S Mail <3 Gracias a Papa Dios!!!! Thank you, God!!
June 22, 2015 - Email and Text update that Cond. Perm. Res. Card had been picked up by USPS
 
June 23, 2015 - Conditional Permanent Residence Card Delivered by USPS Priority Mail - Can't wait to see Hubby's face when he checks the mailbox!!

I received a letter in the mail yesterday, a notice of transfer. My NOA1 date was December 10, 2012. The letter informed me that our petition has been transferred to the Texas Service Center. After calling USCIS, they could not inform me of any processing times because the TSC does not typically process these types of petitions. They said I could write a letter to the TSC to see if they could provide me with more information. They said that the TSC does know that these petitions are past the USCIS goal for processing and are considered priority.

we are sacrificial lambs. vermont aproved feb. fillers today. so they shipped us off to improve their time line rate. i have know proff of this but think about it and texas has no way to report or fille time line on i-129f. we are caught in the red tape. of our government

What VSC did to us is like accountant trying to balance his/her financial statement by any means by inserting suspense account. It is just artificial because trust me, unless VSC streamline things, this problem will not go away.

it was on here person who was aproved posted i looked at their time line. feb noa1 and there were some from jan.

VSC approved a late Jan today that wasn't transferred. I too think that they will now start approving the few late Jan they have left and go on to Feb, while everyone that got transferred to TSC is screwed waiting for TSC to do something (the 2 weeks that passed after the transfer without even one approval isn't making me trust TSC to process them quickly).

What sucks even more is that they won't let anyone who transferred open up service requests because TSC doesn't report I-129F processing times, thus we can't be over the processing time.

1/4/13 - I129-F Sent | 1/8/13 - Received by USCIS
1/10/13 - NOA1 to VSC | 1/11/13 - Text/Email | 1/17/13 - Hard Copy Received
1/16/13 - Alien Registration Number changed
5/24/13 or 5/29/13 - Case Transferred to TSC
7/2/13 - NOA2 from TSC! (173 days from NOA1) | 7/6/13 - Hard Copy Received
7/18/13 - Shipped to NVC | 7/26/13 - Received at NVC and case number assigned
7/29/13 - In transit to consulate | 7/31/13 - Received by consulate
8/20/13 - Medical - Passed | 8/21/13 - Interview - Approved!

VB2, you and I are on about the same timeline. This really sucks. But that's just the way it goes. I went through this with my ex-wife back in 2002-2003 and it took from original filing in October 2002 to her landing in American on June 1, 2003. After she got her citizenship, she and I got divorced. So, just be patient, if you can. Anything worth anything is worth waiting for. Just my humble opinion.

VSC has created a real mess! 8,000 cases transferred to an office that doesn't do I-129f's so now these people wait until staff is trained. Those left at VSC look to be forgotten. There are still several October and November filers left at VSC . Looking at Igor's list, VSC has slowed down even more. All this while CSC is processing Feb filers. I contacted the Ombudsman office today to complain. But, it will take more than me to bring attention to our plight. If your as pissed off as I am, please fill out this form and complain. There is power in numbers!!!!

It's very hard for us too... Our son is now 7 months old and hope we will be all together very soon... Good bless to us all!
