I received a letter in the mail yesterday, a notice of transfer. My NOA1 date was December 10, 2012. The letter informed me that our petition has been transferred to the Texas Service Center. After calling USCIS, they could not inform me of any processing times because the TSC does not typically process these types of petitions. They said I could write a letter to the TSC to see if they could provide me with more information. They said that the TSC does know that these petitions are past the USCIS goal for processing and are considered priority.

VSC just screwed us up and I am afraid TSC is going to do worse. I am starting to think that VSC transferred our case to TSC so that we would stop worrying them. Now when you call the customer service, they say they can't help with a service request because TSC doesn't publish their processing time for I-129F for them to know if your application is beyond processing time.

VSC has a trickle of a few a day and TSC is just plain FROZEN. What I would of gave just to be at CSC a few months ago. crying.gif Even with CSC recent troubles, they moved to 20-30 day and now are at 3-4 months....where as VSC is STILL not moving months later....:(
