Hey fellas.

We already got our NOA2 back in Sept. But my fiance to this day has not rec'vd packet 3. Luckily I had a copy of packet 3 and faxed the OF-169 and DS 230 part 1 and faxed it on 11/15.

Thing is since my fiance still has not recvd packet 3 how can I be sure that she'll get packet 4 with the interview date?? I faxed my papers b4 the cut-off so I'm expecting a December interview....

So I called the Bogota Embassy number and they tell me to call on Mon or Wed between 2-4pm. I did that last Wednesday and guess what?? I cannot get anyone on the phone!!!!! I hear a recording explaining things, etc....I called for the full 2 hours and when I get the press 1 to talk to an agent, it hangs up on me.

Do I need to call the number where they'll charge me $15??? Or is the Embassy direct # good enough??

thanx guys
