Interview Date is 7-2-13, we are too excited for words

My Mercy has her plane ticket for Manila! She will arrive on 6-17 and stay at her uncles house. She is going to her Medical Exam at St' Luke's on the 18th. Can we have some pointers and/advise on what this is all going to be like?

We have the paperwork down solid... just not to sure about all the waiting and number screens she will encounter in this process. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Well, my fiancé just passed his interview two days ago. The best advice is just double check everything and make sure you have all the paperwork, the financial evidence is all in order, and you just double check that checklist! Bringing all the paperwork to the interview is very important.

My fiancé's interview went by smoothly and they only asked him two questions which were when did we meet and how did we meet and the interviewer was nice. My fiancé said they shared a few bits of small talk and then he asked him the two questions and was just like "Excellent. You pass." And after that he said we'd get the visa within 5 days! All the interviews are different, some get questioned more, some are really quick like ours. Also, you should get to the embassy early because you will usually be waiting for several hours. My fiancé waited around 2-3 hours before he got to do his interview.

But good luck to you both! It's a great feeling knowing that you are at the end of the K1 process! It is such an excruciating process, but you guys finally made it!
